Here’s another update on the progress of the vines for Empatia. Jose Luis has been out bunch thinning…This is an old Tempranillo vine trained in the goblet or bush vine style that is traditional in most of Spain. Each vine has 2 or 3 ‘arms’, each arm is generally thinned to give two bunches. So far it’s been a very warm year and it looks like everything is a little early this year by a couple of weeks…
